    For butter on bread I use Fleischmann's light butter, It taste pretty good. This butter does not work real well in baking cookies and things. I have tried to find a margarine that is soy, peanut, dairy and gluten free to use in cooking and baking but havn't had any luck yet.     You could do apple crisp. I have a different recipe for it, Its good! My Dad who Isn't gluten free loves this stuff. Heres the recipe if you want it.     Hi, my church youthgroup is going to a harvest fest and they have paintball there you can play and I was wondering is it ok to play paint ball? I went last year (this was before I found out I was a celiac) and I had to wear a helmet type mask thing over my head and face that other people have worn..Is it safe to wear the helmet mask thing?     I want to make some bread and I can't find any recipes. I found one but they use dry milk in it and I can't have milk. What could I use instead of the dry milk?     ohh I did not know that goat cheese still has casein in it, thank you for telling me that! I would like to put cheese on pizza or stuffed shells things like that but I'm not sure what to use instead of cheese.

    Walden Farm's has some really good products that are gluten-free. I have only tried the Choclate syrup but its really good!     Hi AnnaBelle, It is hard at first I'm still learning. I havn't been diagnosed for that long and am still in the progress of healing. I also have multiple food allgeries and being a celiac looks easy compared to all the allergies I have and all the other foods I have to avoid like soy, dairy, and peanuts. Soy is in like everything.     The pain feels like a sharp pain its hard to explain..I think its from the soy I accidentally had soy yesterday and that stuff really hurts my tummy and messes me up.

    I'm not really sure how long I have been gluten free I think about a month or so...Yesterday I accidentally had soy though so I don't feel the greatest now. Soy is in everything its hard to watch out for it. Thank you for all the replys. I bought an avocado today so I will have to try it!

    How do you eat an avocado? Like what do you eat and how do you cut it up? I've never had one before and I was just wondering how to eat the thing ha ha.
