  1. I have a little baby food jar of olive oil and sugar that I use for a scrub. Sometimes add other scents (almond extract, lemon peel, cinnamon (for that fake tan glow )). Works great for me. If I need extra moisturizer I use olive oil, or olive and coconut oil mixed together.

  10. I had no problem getting tested, and even though it was neg (anti gliadin only was run) my doc feels that the improvement in my health is proof enough.

  13. Accomplished nothing intelligent today, but do have laundry sharpening on the line, made some more improvements to the chicken tractor, made a homegrown veggie saute, and opened a new bottle o' wine. Seems like a productive weekend.
