  1. Amanda, sweetie, these aren't babies that you are losing. They are tiny angels that are preparing your body for the real babies. When you are ready, it will happen.
  2. Oh honey, you sound like you still have a lot of love to give. Maybe you can't buy a horse, but that doesn't mean you can't help one. Look around for somewhere that rescues horses, or uses horses as therapy for disabled kids. Maybe you can volunteer and spend some time connecting with horses. Red was special, and I'm sure he will be there guiding you...
  3. The Navy Chief noticed a new seaman and barked at him, "Get over here! What's your name sailor?" "John," the new seaman replied. "Look, I don't know what kind of bleeding-heart pansy crap they're teaching sailors in boot camp these days, but I don't call anyone by his first name," the chief scowled. "It breeds familiarity, and that leads to a breakdown...
  4. The board was having problems with people signing up as members and the using the pm system to send spam so Scott restricted the usage. Maybe he will consider changing it back, if there haven't been any more problems. You could always pm him (admin) and ask.
  5. A sillacious postcard from Nik! Too cool.
  6. Losing friends is hard. I don't think grieving over someone that you had such a special connection to is unusual at all. I think, when you're ready, you'll find another special friend, furred or otherwise, and you'll be able to let go of the grief, and hold on to the goodness.
  7. well WEEEEE think you're valuable, 8-probably-just-fine-after-all pounds and everything. Max loved the tuna, did not care for the salmon. I believe I've eaten more fish this week then in the last month - and I eat a lot of fish. I think he's put on a half pound or so (maddeningly slow). Lyle's back gums are infected. He's on antibiotics and pain...
  8. Forgot to check... Are all plumbers pudgy? How do they crawl around under the floor and stuff? Fab tree Em. It'll become a magnificent calming place for all who need it.
  9. Not a problem at all. I simply make everything from scratch
  10. I just got two estimates for doing my plumbing $600 and $1200
  11. I'm actually less concerned with gluten, and more concerned with corn-based wax, since I have issues with corn (and it could easily be classified as organic). I don't use a spray, but I'm pretty fanatical about washing my fruits and veggies. It's probably a good thing for everyone to do 'cause you never if the guy handling your produce washed his hands...
  12. Must get pretty cold there in Ohio and all....
  13. Another one of those WIH??? sites Open Original Shared Link
  14. I would start my planning Open Original Shared Link
  15. Well yah. The important, deep reaching events that change the world.
  16. 'tis the realization that there are better things to do with your life than obsess over your decorative potential.
  17. All my numbers are low. Ya gotta wonder if eating no wheat/low grains is a factor.
  18. How do they sit with all that extra stuff? Well, I am grilling fresh tuna steaks for Max. Anyone wanna come be my cat?
  19. It's worth remembering that the abdomen is badly innervated and where you feel the pain may not be where it's coming from. Think about heart attacks - you feel the pain down your arm or in your jaw.
  20. Do the neighbors frisk her for lost pets?
  21. You can store pencils, extra kleenex, a dictionary, you can find the rest of your lunch for a mid-day snack, thaw frozen reagents, smuggle stuff onto airplanes, the uses of excess cleavage are endless. Unless you are featured on "When Body Parts Attack"...
