  1. Good, I am always glad to hear of potential customers. Hey, I was thinking about you too. I'm glad to hear that Andrea. It does feel a little bit like "the gang's all here" but then there are a few from our wild summer missing. It is wonderful though that there are new faces here and I'll try to stick around long...
  2. Perhaps it is that "long body" I mentioned once, that we are already connected and when we know eachother .... like picking up the phone to call a friend and there is no dial tone because they are on the phone. At least sometimes it works out that way. So nice to find you here. Andrea, you are like the light in the window...
  3. Wow, I didn't think that you would still be up Rachel. I'm too sleepy to say more but I will be back.
  4. Hi, I'm here. I heard you. I've been wondering how you are all doing? Rachel, great scientificness as usual, Carla, lovely photo, I see there are many new faces, how wonderful. I continue to improve, this spring I go into rinne bar production with a co-packer and I am working on an idea that might not bring them into a grocer...
  5. Thinking of all of you and wishing you a joyful season.
  6. I am self-diagnosed but with a sister and brother who have positive Celiac tests, a lifetime of problems with wheat and then a sudden and dramatic weight loss and illness.
  7. Kristina, I hope you find some answers/treatment soon. I'm with the other posters in suggesting you may want to look outside of conventional medicine. The way I see it is that in many cases doctors are diagnosing damage not disease and the tests they have don't show the damage until it has caused serious problems. Our bodies are smarter than that...
  8. I can't keep up. But wanted to say, Rachel that is wonderful, wonderful news.
  9. Congratualtions offthegrid. Andrea, I am glad Mitch made it home safely. Hi Lisa, I haven't been around so much was glad to find your post today, I see that you have found some answers. I am so glad you have found a doctor who is helping you. Could you be sleeping on them? Are they both numb at the same time? ...
  10. Just reading along.
  11. I think the previous poster's suggestions were excellent. I hope you can work out a compromise so that you can keep your tradition.
  12. What a good memory you have, yes I did look into them but then decided not to pursue it. I did buy some detox patches for the soles of the feet and can tell you they seemed to have an effect, they definitely changed color, but I also had an aching feeling in my calves.
  13. Sounds like excellent advice and a very good start. I tend to think making a few changes and seeing what happens is better than changing too many things at once and having no idea what is working. I hope she feels better soon.
  14. Excellent information, thanks Andrea. I'll be looking for it. Congratulation Carla, that's wonderful. Thanks, this looks delicious and I will definitely try it. Just reading along here, what a prolific lot you are. Hello to those I don't know. It seems I have acquired partners...
  15. It will be interesting to hear what the candida expert has to say. I seem to recall a discussion about anti-biotics triggering candida and candida triggering gluten intolerance on the OMG thread a while back. I've used Taheebo tea for candida and seen positive results but not definitive because I've also avoided sugar etc. at the same time. I...
  16. Nice to see you too Rachel. I am thinking the toothpick look is quite likely connected to a deficiency of pink, I am quite confident that if you add enough pink that will change. EEK! The specifics of this ultrasound are what? I am telling you I think there is something seriously twisted going on, like whose idea was this? I feel the same way...
  17. What a very. very long time to feel ill and how frustrating to not find answers. I hope that you will find some of the suggestions here to be of benefit. I found this site when I first clued into the celiac connection, at the same time I found out that my sister had been diagnosed with celiac and since then I have also had brother diagnosed with celiac...
  18. Thanks. Even if you are not looking for sympathy you have mine, stupid doctors! I thought Andrea's suggestion a very good one, I hope you get to keep that body part. Hi everyone, I am so behind I am not even going to try to catch up. All's well with me, I am doing so much better and I am amazed by that, a year ago I was in...
  19. Good for you Andrea to remember our Canadian thanksgiving is much earlier. We have a snowy day here and I am just trying to get motivated enough to walk over to the tanning salon for ten minutes of Vitamin D, I am definitely suffering from SAD. Must ............ get................... motivated.........................
  20. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
  21. I worked in a bakery many years before I knew I couldn't tolerate gluten, it was the beginning of migraines for me. These days I avoid bakeries. I thought the suggestion for the mask was helpful. I hope it works out for you.
  22. Ami, I'm so sorry for your loss. Of course it is fine to share. Rachel, how graciously you admit how wrong you were. I just caught the tail end of it, enough to know there was a focus on a certain symptom being indicative of the illness and as we all know that just isn't true. I like the characters on the show but think it...
  23. Another mysterious reference to Rache and pink. So I am thinking that Rachel has learned that pink is a healing color, my question is how the pink is being delivered. Chemicals are a problem for me too, can't stand the laundry aisle at the grocery store and I did do a fair bit of painting, house with latex mostly but I know some of it was toxic...
  24. Well said Carla and worth repeating. And Truthsearcher I am glad you have found some answers.
  25. Okay Jin, what is the story with Rachel and you and pink? I remember mentioning my new pink neti pot a while back and got a definite no on the pink. Rachel, feel free to fess up to loving pink. Love your pumpkin pie snickerdoodle idea even if I have never had a snickerdoodle, what are they? Igenex has to be strict, a few years ago they were...
