    Candida overgrowth may be related to antibiotics, have you been on them very often? Please don't take my opinion that your white tongue is candida as the absolute truth, I am no doctor and perhaps there are other causes that I don't know about but as I said a healthy tongue is pink and clean looking. Have you looked at the side effects to Ritalin?

    Sorry you aren't feelings so well. I would suggest mint or ginger tea, both are good for settling the stomach. As for food, I would probably eat a banana, I've always found them pretty gentle on my system. I hope you feel better soon, it does sound like it might be the flu.
