  1. Hi, I'm back after a few dull days of being undisciplined. I'm off to catch up, see you soon. Thanks Mom.
  2. My basic diet is close to a candida diet but I wasn't following it and I started to relapse, thus my gotta get off the rinne bars man... That is a fabulous idea.
  3. Charlie, the pain was not so bad. As to any after affects, I can't see so much of a difference but then the package indicates that you should use them until they are no longer stained and mine are. Reading along, lots to post to but I'm kind of foggy, fourth day of candida diet. See you later.
  4. I could have been bitten by ticks at that point but I am wondering if it is the tick/vaccination combination. I took a Tablespoon of whey powder this morning, I am curious about the exciting part. Thanks for bringing this up Charlie. I have used them twice now and I would say they have a definite effect, I feel...
  5. I went from being someone who never went to the doctor, had a physical at 45 or so and pronouced fine and I felt fine and then at 48 or so started to have a lot of different symptoms, first back and hip pain I attributed to something else and then a pressure on my chest and the feeling I couldn't breathe, then the gastric distress. I went for the tests,...
  6. Happy July 4th to everyone, we celebrated a few days ago. We like to get an early start on parties up here. Barbara, that is wonderful news. I hope you had lots of fun at the barbecue. Remember when sand was fun. Carla, I'm impressed that you have been able to do so much to heal yourself given the challenges. Thank you for sharing...
  7. Jin, the patches are called bodhi (what is it that happens that makes for lame advertisement?) detox patch. I did a search and found positive statements about them.
  8. Claire, thanks for the information about Rolfing. It has always been something of interest to me but I have never pursued it. I'm not fully recovered from last night. I was driven to a frozen cod compress and then I cooked it up for breakfast. Jin, your tapping is amazing. Can you tell us how you do it? Rachel, I remember your fan...
  9. Susan, I'm so very sorry you received bad news about your back. I wish there was something I could do for you, a case of rinne bars with will become my motivation for international distribution. I missed the Carpenters but loved Three Dog Night and Janis Joplin. I saw her when I was 15 and she was amazing. I'm working...
  10. Part 2 I'm glad you brought this up Claire. The dentist I saw here, although he's listed in the resource for safe mercury removal also didn't have the special equipment. There are only two listed for my city so I am thinking to call the other one and ask more questions first. I think it is important to trust hesitation. Beautiful...
  11. I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better. I rachelled the xylitol and from my rachelled perspective it was as bad as any other sugar. Small amounts might be okay, I think it originally came from birch trees but I think that now they are making it from corn. Thank you for your scientific vacation Rachel. Mixed...
  12. Hi, I'm back but not caught up yet. I had a great day in the country but it wiped me out, I almost came to visit you. My sweetie's directions didn't include the A part of the highway sign and I drove to the border before I realized I was lost.
  13. Okay, I still haven't made it out the door and why because I am here. Have a great day everyone. Hi Patti.
  14. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DONNA, HOPE IT IS A GRAND ONE
  15. Charlene, I think you make many good points. When I did eat wheat it was like a hunger drug. If I ate one piece of bread, I could eat six or eight and even when I stopped eating because I was full I still wanted to eat it. Now that I have been gluten free for a year the last thing I want is that sensation again.
  16. And part three.... Has anyone tried the Bodi Detox Patch? Any opinions on them or any other brand? I have a country day today, much to do to get ready to travel, see you all later. Enjoy the day, or the moments in it you can.
  17. Jin, you make me laugh out loud with your use of language. Thanks. Pssst, it's the cashew butter. We must stand in awe and admiration of our fearless president's great capacity to be herself.
  18. MMMmmmmm. You can have them delivered from the Rachelville Deli. Wish I could deliver them in person. So glad you are getting through this, I couldn't believe you didn't get to go to your happy place for the MRI. But glad you did okay, I know I would l have a difficult time with it. Nice to see you.
  19. Hi and welcome. It sounds like each time you try a gluten free diet that you see improvements and each time you go off it you suffer, I would suggest trying the gluten free diet for 6 months and seeing how you feel then. The testing is not reliable for Celiac, it is very possible to have a false negative through either bloodwork or biopsy. Diet...
  20. Did I dingo that? Sorry the herx is so miserable. Hope you feel better soon. I do like
  21. That's great news Rachel. I'm glad you are feeling good about today. I think the best thing is that you are helping her to deal with this now. Of course.
  22. I did too. Glad you liked my words. I think your theory is brilliant. I don't know if it is true or not but it seems like dealing with Lyme is like being in a battle where you are surrounded and you have to fight back on different fronts, sometimes all at once and sometimes piece by piece. As to people getting better initially and...
  23. Open Original Shared Link According to the candida diet posted in the link above leftovers more than a day old should be avoided, so you should be okay if you prepare it the evening before. I have heard no leftovers at all but I don't have a link to that. Sounds like you'll find this link works better for you anyways.
  24. Laura, I've been thinking about you and your new car. One of the things that came to mind was offgassing and I wondered if you have thought about that? I came across this: Open Original Shared Link
  25. Hi. If you do have candida problems then leftovers are a no-no. In my experience vitamins can be a real challenge to digest, particularly anything in a gelatin cap. Reading your story reminded me of my own, for years I mostly avoided wheat and when I did indulge I would suffer a little but I would bounce back fairly quickly...
