What Happens When You've Had Gluten?

What syms do you go thru when you've had gluten? Does anyone get so bloated that they litterally start throwing up air? This happens to me and it is horrible. I'm now on day 3 and might be going to get an IV for fluids. I haven't eaten/drank anything in almost 72 hrs. I started throwing up blood last night. Please tell me that there are others out there who this happens to? I'm new to this and am eating rice, waffles, eggbeaters and ck. all gluten-free. I had somethings last weekend that I thought would help, with the C that I have most days, (White beans). Big mistake. I blew up like I was 6 mos. prego again. It was downhill all weekend and week after that. My tests results were inconclusive and then I found out that you actually have had to ingest the gluten for the test to register it. I was throwing up in the Dr.s office when he took the test and hadn't been able to eat for 2 days prior. I know that I have to take it slow but, I 've been msdx. so many times in the past yr. I just want to get on with my life! Please let me know.

thanks, Jenny

      How will you gauge this?

I have a question I want to try Thiamine supplementation as well due to POTS too but my alkaline phosphatate level is actually high so would that be dangerous?

I ordered some herbal remedies (from a Phyto Therapist) to treat my leaky gut/celiac. Will let the Group know if it has worked in 6 weeks. 🙏

I did wonder this, but can't find very much about it. I can just avoid gluten free bread that looks like it has powder on the top, but if it does that to my lips I am just worried if it's upsetting my tummy too.

Could it be something (some additive or other) they added to the rice flour to make it easier to work with or cook?
