Best unsweeted coconut I have ever had! When I decided to also do the Candida diet..along with every other..I was so excited to hear that I could eat unsweetened coconut because I love coconut and it takes care when I need a sweet treat.

Very fresh and great size pieces for snacking without being chunks..yet not 'flakes'. These really are like they are 'chipped' off. Something to chew on..yet not to chewy.

I could see cooking with these and really having something hardy because the are not flakes.

Easy to snack with due to size.

This stuff is amazing. Best coconut I have had outside of freah. Great to just snack on as is.

If I was eaing sugar.. this would be perfect..so perfect to make coconut brittle.

It's fresh..but will store..yet not to dry. A pound is a lot.

Don't hesitate if you are looking for a coconut to snack on.

Someone said this could be due to my hemorrhoids. On March 17, 2024 my ferritin level was 23.

I agree with @trents, they should have run a total IgA.  What was the normal range for the DGP IgA test?  Different labs use different units thus have different normal ranges.
