some people are brilliant..... <_< i went to a fast food restaurant today, ordered a cheeseburger, no bun of course, with lettuce, onion, tomato. they bring it out in the little dish, and had placed the cheese on the bottom of the burger! so basically it was stuck to the dish and I had a hamburger. didn't realize I had to tell them how to do that even....had a soft stool this morning. that's unusual since I had one last night. I felt lighter in the stomach area last night but still bloated in the abdominal region. this mornings trip to the bathroom took care of that. now I feel really clean and empty for the first time in a very long time. I don't want to do anything to change that. I printed out some lists of gluten free and gluten products to carry with me. That should help shopping. I had gluten-free cereal for breakfast, burger for lunch with some tea. snack was a few chocolate chips and slivered almonds (pms, must have chocolate :))I'm baking gluten-free bread right now and for dinner tonight I thought I'd make some breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs, and gluten-free pancakes. Tomorrow I will be gone all day but I will make gluten-free toast for breakfast (getting a new toaster for gluten-free bread). I can eat lunch at a restaurant I've already checked out that I can get gluten-free foods. I'm wondering if these little blistery things I get on my arms are from gluten. I don't get them often but it seems like it coincides with gluten ingestion.I was getting out my mixer, found a small food processor I forgot I had and started to wash it. I dropped the blade into the garbage disposal. While fishing it out, I sliced my finger open. Wow, that was a wake me up feeling! First time I've come close to fainting in a long time. At least I did it AFTER I did my housecleaning and laundry! Can't wait for tomorrow, temps forecast for the upper 70's! MY KIND OF WEATHER!! and storms tonight to kick it off!! Yea!Ann
