This recipe for keto-friendly, gluten-free Butter Bread comes to us via Chef John over at Food Wishes blog, who seems to have gotten it from KetoConnect.net, where the bread is known as Best Keto Bread. We've included links to both sites, so you can look at the original sources. That said, we're excited to try this keto-friendly gluten-free bread.

Glad I watched the video because the directions are nothing like the video!!!  I kinda wondered why you had to separate the eggs as the directions didn't indicate that you had to do anything with them separately!!!

Can Ketogenic Low Carb and Gluten-free Diets Benefit People with Celiac and Other Diseases?
Celiac.com 11/21/2014 - When most people think of celiac disease, they think about gastrointestinal symptoms. However, researchers have documented a number of other medical conditions that are associated with celiac disease, and which improve when patients follow a strict gluten-free diet.
The recent case of a 75-year old man who experienced a dramatic recovery from Parkinson's disease after eliminating all forms of gluten from his diet for three months, has researchers thinking about the possibility that gluten sensitivity may be related to Parkinson's disease.
In fact, there is some evidence that patients with epilepsy and other conditions may benefit from ketogenic low carb and gluten-free diets.
The ketogenic diet is a high-fat, low-carbohydrate, and adequate protein...

Low-Carb Cloud Bread Rocks the Gluten-free World!
Celiac.com 03/11/2016 - If you are gluten-free and aren't familiar with the latest viral food sensation to hit the internet, you should be. That food trend would be what's called Cloud Bread.
For those who don't know, cloud bread is a new, fluffy, "bread" made from eggs, cream cheese, baking powder, and a dash of honey.
It is practically carb-free but makes a wonderful bread substitute when you're looking to make a sandwich or a personal pizza.
For anyone curious to try it, the folks over at Open Original Shared Link have posted a great cloud bread recipe on their site.

The Differences Between a Gluten-Free and Keto Diet
Celiac.com 04/11/2019 - Dieting, a word commonly used by people who are in the process of consuming food in a regulated and monitored manner. We normally equate someone who is dieting to someone who wants to lose weight and restricts their food intake to achieve a desired outcome, for example to prevent certain diseases or deal with obesity.
For many reasons, the purpose of dieting has evolved. Currently there are many popular diet plans available, such as the gluten-free diet, keto diet, paleo diet and detox diet. But today we are only going to discuss the difference between two more widely used diets, which are the gluten-free and keto diets.
    What is a gluten-free diet?
A gluten-free diet is generally a diet that explicitly excludes gluten from meals. This diet i...

    Is the Keto Diet Gluten-Free?
Celiac.com 01/14/2020 - Gluten-free diets and ketogenic, or "keto", diets are different diets with different goals. The keto diet is a weight loss diet that focuses consuming only high-fat, moderate-protein and low-carbohydrate foods, ideally keeping your daily carbs intake under 25 grams per day.
The goal of a gluten-free diet is to avoid consuming gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye. Many people on a gluten-free diet have celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity, and must follow the diet for medical reasons. Other folks avoid gluten because they believe it offers other health benefits or helps them to lose weight. There's no hard evidence of the last two beliefs.
Even though keto and gluten-free diets are different, there is some overlap in foods that ...
