    Celiac.com 07/22/2022 - We get a lot of questions from celiac community members wondering if certain products are gluten-free. Lately, we've seen a lot of questions about which top brands of mouthwash are gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease.

    Specifically, is mouthwash gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease?

    Mouthwash is one of those products that is usually formulated to be gluten-free. So, unless gluten ingredients are added during processing, most major brands of mouthwash are likely to be naturally gluten-free, and are probably safe for people with celiac disease. 

    At the end of the day, we regard most mouthwash to be gluten-free, and safe for people with celiac disease. 

    We realize that some people, especially those with celiac disease, specifically look for products labeled gluten-free. However, many brands don't bother to specifically label their mouthwash as gluten-free. Others do. 

    Here's a list of mouthwash brands that are made without gluten ingredients, and are regarded as gluten-free and safe for people with celiac disease.
