Hey all

This is the first time ive logged in, in about 10 months maybe could be longer. I decided i was reading everyday about being sick and it wasnt healthy but i would like to thank all who helped me with my previous threads, particually the one about my girlfriend making me sick that was a long saga but its sorted now. After getting over the first 6 months living life with my separte cultury, plates and 40 sponges i use a week is just normal and this is the healthiest ive been ever. So hopefully i can help others who are going through the same process, i would say its been a good few months since i was properly glutened actually the last time was when i tried that dominos gluten free :/ bad times.

Not a real point to this thread just wanted to show my appreication and a thank you.

chris

Hi Chris. It's great that you're feeling better and dropping by to help people like me! I know what it's like reading about your symptoms/diagnosis all the time... when I was first dx with visual snow, I subscribed to the Facebook group and wanted to learn everything about it. Eventually I knew I wasn't going to find any answers (the cause of the symptom is unknown) and was just making myself more worried and anxious reading about it. Awesome to hear that you are on your journey to healing!

Thx all i think its came down to my stubborness it has helped alot, eating the same food everyday and going through 20 sponges a week seems mad to others but its what we must do. I think my sentivity is still high but much better than it was, going on holiday next week could be a real challenge but bringing lots of food to cook.

Thx Diana hope your well

I eat a lot of dairy but its intermittent is this burning so I would assume it would happen all the time. Plus I have been tested for lactose intolerance  etc and I am fine and the other symptoms of that I don't get. As a aside  my dad died last month after a long illness so I wonder if the stress of that might be a influence as a bodily reaction to stress.

You should be fine.  You may start feeling better within a few days.  Someone who is very low in thiamine may notice improvement within hours.   Did you get the NeuroMag  or another magnesium supplement?

Yes Bobs redmill cgf oatmeal I started when I became gluten-free. So taking all 3 with breakfast should work? Will I notice any reactions getting used to these or should I be fine. Thanks

Hello, @pilber309, welcome to the forum! Are you currently consuming dairy?   You mentioned something about lots of yogurt and cheese, but did you cut it out or are you eating lots of it?   Could you clarify please? Some people with Celiac react to casein, the protein in dairy the same as to gluten with antibodies and villi damage.
