Shared Facility Soy Sauce

Is cross contamination a huge risk in a soy sauce factory? Would you eat a soy sauce that had no gluten ingredients but was processed in a facility with gluten containing soy sauces?

I wouldn't find it a problem.  Shared Facility is different then Shared Lines.

I don't generally worry about shared facilities. For example, if you buy a coffee at Starbucks, it is a shared facility (as are 99.99% of restaurants).

Actually I'm not really sure whether it is a shared line or not. Would they have disclosed it if it was processed on the same line? I called the company and they said that they didn't label it gluten free because there were gluten containing soy sauces processed in the same facility. It's Tree of Life organic wheat free tamari sauce.

      Glutinos are eay better. The filling tastes more like homemade icing and the cookies are crisper. Great dunked in milk.

      Terrible Neurological Symptoms

      Awful terrible burning pains recently. Got suicidal thoughts from this crap yet again. I'm going to try doing low carb again as meat and veg type food has in the past reduced it. This is doing my head in.

I went in for answers for my declining health, it was the autoimmune part that did me in, being a former bus driver.I read that in my medical records so easily downplayed, i refused the gluten challenge! Why the hell would I eat Gluten when im Celiac coming to them for answers when my body is falling apart? Glutenfree since 1994. They did unnecessary colonoscopy KNOWING im glutenfree. A celiac specialist would know that would be pointless to do if not eating gluten and it was done!Im so angery with that hospital for not explaining celiac disease and withholding information, Downplaying my ailments , mental distress,  causing more health issues, ect. All this could have been avoided If medical records were sent, when asked, explained and done properly. Im so angery.I do have the celiac dietitian on here in June and linked her up to my current health care yesterday, fingers crossed hopefully with that, the understanding of celiac is explained it's not just a food allergy will be understood.
