I was at the Whole Foods last night and discovered that Whole Foods has just added fresh Baked Gluten Free items to their store. They had Muffins, Cookies, Pies, Bread, and other yummy items.

I just had to share my discovery with all of you. Sorry if this has already been posted.

Here is a web site link for more information.

I've posted many times of my love of their breads! They have a pecan pie that is yummy. I haven't tried any of their other stuff but they look good.

This is the first time I'd seen their Gluten Free Bakery items at any of my local Whole Foods stores. From what I read on their website they are trying to have every store carry them within the next year. That gives me some hope that it will become easier to find safe foods for Celiacs in grocery stores.

I work a lot and never have time to cook so its nice to finally be able to eat a muffin without having to make it myself.

They started out on the east coast baking one day a week/scrubbing down the bakery and baking only gluten-free that day. Now they have an entire gluten-free bakery and ship to their stores all over. I buy at the Whole Foods in Madison, WI. and they have the BEST cinnimon raisin bread EVER. It is as good as any that I had when I ate regular bread. Toasted with gobs of butter/margarine, and some additional cinnamon and sugar/a real treat. Right now I am staying away as I am trying to lose some weight, but do try it if you really want something good. Barbara

The banana bread got rave reviews from my gluten-free grandmother and my non-gluten-free parents! melted some butter on it and said it was incredible!

Oh I absolutely LOVE their stuff. My daughter and I can't get enough of the Blueberry Muffins! They are too good.

I also love the banana bread and the cornbread is most awesome!

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
