DH rash??

Hello I'm hoping to speak to others with this DH. I've had a recurring rash on my elbows that has appeared several different times in the past year. Most of the time it's just on my right elbow, sometimes on both. Very itchy and has clear liquid if scratched or squeezed and feel feverish just in the one spot. Maybe 15-20 bumps each time all grouped together. I've had eczema since I was little, but I haven't had an eczema flare up in years, and this is nothing like anything I've had before. I keep coming across DH and the symptoms sound so similar but a lot of the pictures I've found look much worse than what I have so I'm just not sure. Any suggestions you might have as to what this could be would be super appreciated!!

Have you heard anything about being celiac and pills, vitamins not absorbing into your system?  I hope that makes sense. Basically, you don’t get the full effect. There is something that helps the absorption, like Vit C?? Thanks for all of your help.

Updating to note that it has been over a month since I initially wrote Prana and they haven't provided a response to my question about what testing limits (ppm) they use now. I've sent them a couple reminder emails but nothing. Booo.

I wrote them back seeking clarification on their testing. The response was that they test to ensure the product is 5 ppm or under. So far no trouble with the product but I hate to see these companies drop the outside certification.

Yes, @hjayne19, This is what I was saying in my post on January 15th and suggested the low histamine Autoimmune Protocol Diet which eliminates high histamine foods and histamine releasing foods.
