reversal of of jejunoileal fold pattern

Recently I had a small bowel series which showed reversal of jejunoileal fold pattern. From what i've been able to find on research it appears this may be an adaptation process to allow the body to absorb nutrients if you've had undiagnosed celiac for several years. Does anyone know if you have this occur, can it return to a normal fold pattern once you go gluten free? I have now been gluten-free for 7 years.

Pretty interesting and I'd like to hear from other members too, but how are you feeling?  How are your follow-up antibody tests?

I continue to do more research but only found 3 journal articles which discuss the reversal of the fold pattern, possibly why I can't find answers I was waiting on on my latest celiac panel to come back so here it is, expecting slight cross contamination from eating out and possible several recent dentist visits. All three tests are based on a normal scale of 0-20 being within range.
