Glutened how do I stop symptoms?!

Hello, I was diagnosed with Celiac over a year ago and I've been doing pretty well with eating gluten free with little to no reactions. A couple days ago I visited my brother and we ate out. I'm pretty sure I was glutened at a Mexican restaurant. My symptoms when I eat gluten are constipation, bloating and a feeling of a brick/heavy feeling in my stomach. I was wondering if anyone else has these symptoms and if so do you have any remedies? It's very uncomfortable and I am having a hard time enjoying my time being home, thanks!

Yeah with the bloat and constipation I suggest taking Magnesium Citrate for the constipation, I take it daily as a supplement via Natural Vitality Calm, but in higher doses it acts as a laxative. For the gas GasX and teas help, I found using Anise is a life saver with gas issues,

Other then that your going to have to wait it off, -_- I know it is annoying but your going to have to let the antibodies go back down can take 1-6 weeks to be completely gone, I find constipation would clear up in about 5-8 days before I was regular again.

Celiac (Gluten Ataxia, and Villi Damage dia. 2014, Villi mostly healed on gluten-free diet 2017 confirmed by scope)
Ulcerative Colitis (Dia, 2017), ADHD, Bipolar, Asperger Syndrome (form of autism)
Allergies Corn, Whey
Sensitivities/Intolerances
Peanuts (resolved 2019), Cellulose Gel, Lactose, Soy, Yeast
Olives (Seems to have resolved or gone mostly away as of Jan, 2017), Sesame (Gone away as of June 2017, still slight Nausea)
Enzyme issues with digesting some foods I have to take Pancreatic Enzymes Since mine does not work right, additional food prep steps also

I have used milk of magnesia when I've been glutened to relieve the c and the brick heavy feeling. Take at night with a large glass of water. Usually the next day I go, but then the following day I don't because I've gone so much! But I don't feel bad.

fyi it's gluten-free and I take the full capful as I have what they call "slow transit times" so when I can't go, I need a lot of help.

My experience when i've been glutened as a result of eating out,  is that there is nothing you can do afterwards, except to take it easy & restrict yourself tohome food only. Take it easy for a week or so, and the symptoms should gradually recede, leaving behind a lesson to be extra careful in future!!
