Thank you for the post Admin.  One of the hardest things for me to digest (pun intended) is the fact that there were many missed opportunities to get me identified earlier in life.

 It is my current greatest challenge as I accept my condition/situation, but it's the numerous missed opportunities for proper diagnosis over decades in hindsight that haunt me now.

I know as part of my healing process I must acknowledge and accept this at this stage of my life/ illness and the impact these missed opportunities had not only on my health, but on every  aspect of my life over the years. 

Thank you for starting this wonderful website as a venue for me to process this while providing the acceptance and guidance I need from your members.
