Help mitigating symptoms in toddler

My toddler's blood tests show it's extremely likely that she has Celiac's. Her biopsy to confirm is 2 weeks away and until then we can't change her diet because it could result in a false negative. She is vomiting, bloated, gassy, constipated, grouchy, and I am sure confused as to what the hell is going on. I can't find any helpful articles about how to help ease the symptoms so I'm hoping someone here can give me some insight. Is there anything that can be done to help ease her symptoms while we wait for her biopsy date(other than stop eating gluten because we can't do that)? Or are we all doomed to be miserable for the next 2 weeks?

I don't know how much gluten she is eating....maybe you could cut back on it? And you can use whatever products are appropriate for her symptoms & her age - pepto bismol or a laxative, for example.

Many celiacs are temporarily lactose intolerant (forever if you have the genetic make-up).  Your toddler’s symptoms can possibly be more tolerable, if you eliminate all dairy until the endoscopy and then maybe for a few weeks after.  It would be worth a try!

Hope things improve.  Two weeks feels like forever, but it will be over soon!  ?

So there was no physical, plastic card involved, correct?

When my wife attempted to open the online card in the store with a cashier, it would not work. We then showed the owner the link to the card, the online receipt that I got upon purchase, and even my bank statement confirming the purchase. That did not satisfy her, since she said she needed the link to open to reveal the gift ID num. They even admitted they had a systems problem around that time.

Was the card itself lost or just the record or both?

We were flabergasted that the owner would not acknowledge a $50 e-gift card I purchased for my celiac wife. My wife tried to open it in the store and was informed there had been a system change and they could not find the record. No worries, she was told, just talk to management. Six months later, and numerous absurd back and forths, and the owner literally informs me there have been "bad actors", so she can't make good on this lost gift card. In other words, she accused me of lying and committing fraud... over $50! Please be careful with your orders and purchases here.
