July fourth is in a few days and I want to celebrate with some s’mores. What marshmallow brands are safe (kraft? wondering if the mini ones are safe here too) chocolate? And the big one graham crackers. Thanks guys!

Due to my "other" allergies I have to make my own....I have not been able to eat a corn/sugar laden marshmallow in years lol. I make smores pie. I use a marshmallow flavoring, whipped with egg whites, cream of tartar, swerve powdered sugar, Sometimes a bit of gelatin for a stabilizer, for a marshmallow meringue and top a chocolate pie on a almond flour based gram cracker crust.
I know I have seen schar and Kinnikinnick gram crackers in stores and have seen several marshmallows.

I think all of them are fine.  Read the ingredients.  I usually use the Kraft ones because I like them best.  You will have to try some of the gluten-free graham crackers - there are no "regular" ones that are gluten-free.  I usually just use Hersheys bars.

I have a very timid tummy after 13 years of strict gluten free.  If I try to eat like my pals, I burn.

I particularly try to get lots of red meat, mostly beef.  I'm slightly anemic, which isn't uncommon in celiacs.  Red meat is healthy for us and the environment.

I had lyme disease for about 14 years and was also diagnosed with celiac disease about midway through.  I had bad leaky gut food and chemical sensitivity like crazy dental issues I had to go on a really strict diet for 4 years to heal my gut and see a lyme Dr to heal the lyme disease  Both sides of my family are celiac
