gluten-free Corn Dogs On The Market

I'm not sure if everyone knows about this but s'betterfarms has a new gluten-free corn dog in it's line of gluten-free products. It looks like a real corn dog and sells for about $6.80 for five.The trouble is trying to find a place that sells s'betterfarms products.It's nearly impossible here in western pa...They seem to be on the west coast alot--- I think Albertson's carries them.....anyway I just wanted to give a head's up on this new gluten-free product....They also have gluten-free chicken strips, and wingsgf...I haven't tried these food items yet but I did order them for my grandkids--- I know what they will want to eat for their Christmas Dinner.........

do you have any contact info for this company? I would LOVE to be able to order corn dogs!!!! I miss them so much!

I must've missed that before!!! OMG! I hope they are good! I NEED to find this product here! I need to get my local stores to carry them or at least special order for me!!!!

I just think it's funny/ironic because I'm a vegetarian, and I'm the one who found them :rolleyes:

Sorry I didn't realize anyone else posted about thecorn dogs......My grandkids loved them...I ordered mine from kosher.com as there is no one near me that carries them. the shipping is horrible. I also bought the chicken strips but haven't tried them yet. If anyone knows a market that sells them I would love to know..I paid &6.79 for a box of five but on another site they wanted $10.00 for a box. So be careful if you order them...

Oh no problem at all mamaw! I'm glad you reminded people! As a side note, I used to love Morningstar Farm's vegetarian "corn dogs" pre-celiac disease diagnosis, but I guess it's too much to ask for a vegetarian gluten-free corn dog, huh? ;)

      Welcome to the forum, @yellowstone! The most common ones seem to be dairy (casein), oats, eggs, soy and corn. "Formed" meat products (because of the "meat glue" used to hold their shape) is a problem for some. But it can be almost anything on an individual basis as your sensitivity to rice proves, since rice is uncommonly a "cross reactor" for celiacs. Some celiacs seem to not do well with any cereal grains.

      What foods can trigger a response in people with gluten sensitivity? I've read that there are foods that, although they don't contain gluten, can cause problems for people with gluten sensitivity because they contain proteins similar to gluten that trigger a response in the body. I've seen that other cereals are included: corn, rice... also chicken, casein. I would like to know what other foods can cause this reaction, and if you have more information on the subject, I would like to know about it. Right now, I react very badly to rice and corn. Thank you.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
