If any of you dont already have a list from tim horton's, just email them asking about gluten-free products and they will send you a list. (including specific ingredients in each specific gluten-free items)

hope this helps someone else too ;)

Thanks Lisa ... I just emailed Tim Hortons and hope to find something safe there. My husband loves the place, and I just have never went in. This would make hubby happy

I can remember having correspondence a long time ago with Tim Hortons (this was back at a time when some weird rumour was going around about their cruellers being gluten free!!). Anyway, back then, they gave me a list of all their beverages that were gluten-free, but only one soup was gluten free in the food department. (I forget which one it is....) Anyway, I am very curious now to find out if their new fruit & yogourt cups are gluten free......

Anyone finds out, let me know please, cuz they look delicious!

Judy,

I grew up in Beavercreek (outside Dayton) and I also lived in Columbus (I went to OSU)...

Delaware is a great area -- sort of a mix between Anne of Green Gables and Deliverance -- haha

I would love it if someone could PM the list. I've been going crazy trying to find out which products are gluten free.

Thanks!

Thank you so much for posting this!

I was always told that the tea at Tim Hortons wasn't gluten-free, maybe they changed it or my source wasn't reliable enough.

I'm so excited I can have tea again! And I can't wait to try those smoothies they look so good.

Yeah I was always scared to even try their cappuccinos because I never knew what was in them..there was an even more specific ingredient list, if anyone wants to know just whats in any of those gluten-free stuff...

I called Timmie's a while back to ask about their menu and was told that the only food item that was gluten free was the Turkey and Wild Rice soup. I had called to specifically ask about the chili and they said it had some sort of malt derivative in it.

buyer beware.

There is no minimum time since diagnosis of refractory coeliac disease to be eligible for this research. The research is a feasibility study for people with refractory coeliac disease since there is currently no psychologically based intervention tailored for refractory coeliac. The aim of this research is to provide therapeutic support that is not routinely offered at gastroenterology clinics thus encourages people to maintain wellbeing in consideration of having symptoms despite a gluten free diet. Hope you gain further clarity and some relief following your endoscopy!

Is there a minimum time since diagnosis of refractory celiac disease?  I really hope I’m not eligible for your study, but looking for it is one reason my gastroenterologist suggested an endoscopy. I’m having it later this month, due to still having GI symptoms on a strict gluten free diet.

There's a company called thistle subscription based food completely gluten free plant based. They offer juices, juice shots. I was wondering has anyone made their own juices shots for anti inflammatory gut healthy juices etc?

If you prepare gluten free and eat  gluten free but feel stomach pains hours later what makes it gluten contamination vs. something else you may have ate etc? anything to differentiate in symptoms? Thanks

Anyone diagnosed with Refractory Coeliac Disease can participate (they do not need to be in the UK but would need to be able to speak and understand English as the intervention is facilitated in English language)
