Can you give me a site I can go to so that I can check items without bothering you?

Try this:

However there are so many ingredients in things there's really no comprehensive list.

If you are in the US they have to label things with gluten in them  as "conains: wheat",. However if it is not labeled gluten-free it may still have gluten in it even if it's not labeled saying "contains wheat". This is because cross contamination may be possible. Generally speaking if you read the label and there's no mention of wheat, barley, rye, or malt.

I'm not saying you can't eat things that aren't certified gluten-free or labeled gluten-free but if you do be aware that the food may not be labeled gluten-free because of cross contamination. Many foods not labeled gluten free (but don't have gluten containing ingredients) are safe but some do have cross contamination so you have to be careful if they're not labeled gluten free.

Yeah, that looks like as good a list as you'll get.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
