Gluten Free Mall

I don't know if anyone has had any delays in orders through the Gluten Free Mall or not. I placed a book order on 12/29/05, and inquired after a couple of weeks about my order and was told that it could be 4-6 weeks. I know that standard mail delivery can be several days, however, if an order was placed and a package placed in the mail I cannot imagine why it should take so long to be received. It has been 42 days today and I have emailed the company again regarding my order.

The only experience I had with the Gluten Free Mall was recently I ordered several boxes of Enjoy Life Cookies--they were continually out of stock at Whole Foods. The order arrived in 2 days! I was surprised because the woman told me it would be 7-10 days. Have you called them again about your book? Maybe they had to wait on a reorder--if so, they at least should have told you.

I received a call today from the company stating that it apparently has been lost in the mail, and were sending out a new package by first class mail today. Hopefully that was the case!

I have always found gluten-free Mall to be reliable. Perhaps their delay was due to beginning of year inventory and now that's done you're getting your books?
