I have been OK with Costco rotisserie chicken. Not OK with rotisserie chicken from some other stores in my area like Fresh Market and Food Lion. I am very sensitive to cross-contamination.- celiac disease

I think that with the elevated antibodies found in past tests, and a negative biopsy, you are firmly in the NCGS camp. If symptoms go away on a gluten-free diet it would be confirmation that you should likely stay on the diet. -

Just to follow up on this, a year later I had endoscopy, the result was mild chronic gastritis, the initial endoscopy looked normal and the biopsy was normal. -

Please explain more about the tests you took. What type of blood test was it? Which company offered the test? Also, there is no hair test for celiac disease--what was that test? Also, for your GP to test you for celiac disease you must keep eating gluten daily, and lots of it. Here is more info about how to do a gluten challenge for a celiac disease...
