Frozen gluten-free Bread Dough

Does anyone know if this exists?

A gluten-free already made bread dough that is frozen and all you need to do is defrost it in refrigerator for a couple of days, then when pliable, take it out, shape it in bread baking pan, let rise and bake it.

That would be awesome. Just like the old gluten filled days with the rhodes rolls that you just defrost, rise and bake!!

I've seen pizza dough, but I would have to check again in the freezer section of my grocery store to see if there is bread dough also.....

this is the only one I know of...

does anyone know if the Cybros rolls are already baked and frozen or are raw dough that is frozen? I can't figure that one out (not enough sleep last night)

Gillian's makes frozen dough - Whole Foods in Marlton, NJ carries it.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure.
