Looks fine.  But are you now having problems with indigestion or heartburn?  Is this a new symptom?

DJFL77I Experienced

no ive always had some mild gastritis from the start.... found when endoscopy was done....   im actually going to my gastro dr today at 2pm

Well, it might just be healing still from active celiac disease or maybe an intolerance to something else.  Keep a food journal.  It really does help.

I had some Chicken Bone Broth last night...  which my Nutritionist said i should start eating.. i bought it at whole foods gluten free rather than making it..   it had some tomato and spices in it and caused my Gastritis to flare up...  i had reflux this morning with some blood.....     which isn't a new thing for me when i eat anything that has any kind of acidic or spice in it.

I even had it a bit the next morning after I ate at that Gluten free restaurant down in fort lauderdale.. They had a Sweet Potato Salad which was pretty spicy. I only had a few fork fulls but that was enough...

I had the endoscopy done like 2 months ago and Dr saw nothing... I was having it before that time as well..... He specifically looked for any kind of bleeding anywhere and saw nothing....  I also had an Occult blood stool test done which was negative....   so its like it only happens when it gets aggravated...... also had a CT Scan of my entire Abdomen in early May from Rectum up to mid chest... nothing strange seen.

the Nurse I talked to when making the appointment this morning said it was a flare up from what you ate.

I think I should start taking something for it though just to help it heal faster.... that's what I'm going to talk to him about.

DJFL,

Once you start Acid reducers....they can be hard to get off of....

Have you had a lot of stress lately.....it can be common in the 6 months before someone develops heartburn...

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15184707/

Spicy things can make it worse and other trigger foods like Tomatoes etc....because they are so acidic...

When your stomach acid is too low....this can happen being confused for High stomach acid instead...

This Howard Hughes Medical Institute article about why this is so....

https://www.hhmi.org/news/excessive-growth-bacteria-may-also-be-major-cause-stomach-ulcers

try taking Baking Soda as test of this theory....explained well here...

https://drjockers.com/5-ways-test-stomach-acid-levels/

Also see this article series about Acid blockers and heartburn that explains it well too!

https://chriskresser.com/what-everybody-ought-to-know-but-doesnt-about-heartburn-gerd/

Eating Low CARB might help your heartburn/GERD ......because CARBS ferment....

This can cause stomach acid to splatter  onto your esophagus causing the burning sensation you feel.

Many people swear by Pickle Juice or Apple Cider Vinegar to help their heartburn as a home remedy.

Try some Cabbage Juice for your possible bleeding ulcer....

https://www.healthyandnaturalworld.com/health-benefits-of-cabbage-juice/

I hope this is helpful but it is not medical advise.

DJFL,

Well there you go....

Prousky studied this 15+ years ago....he called it a Vitamin Dependency....not deficiency.

Here is the long article on it...

http://orthomolecular.org/library/jom/2001/articles/2001-v16n04-p225.shtml

Here is the short summary of the longer study...

http://www.yourhealthbase.com/database/niacin-treats-digestive-problems.htm

Start taking a B-complex with meals.....and in 2 to 3 months (Maybe quicker if you go Low CARB) and taking replacement powdered Stomach acid sold as BetaineHCL capsules....

Always take with Food and at least one to two glasses of water.....water drives the process....

3 or 4 capsules with a meal....is usually enough to give you a warm sensation in your abdomen area....

You will begin burping 2 to 3 hours later....not just in the first twenty minutes after eating.....

This sudden, rapid, and forceful burping will be a sign your are now digesting your food again.

When I read Digestion is a North South process it begin to help me understand what was going on....and where it was going wrong...

https://bodywisdomnutrition.com/digestion-a-north-to-south-process/

I wrote a Posterboy blog post about my experience with Low Stomach  Acid....maybe it will help you!

 https://www.celiac.com/blogs/entry/2106-is-ncgs-andor-celiac-disease-really-low-stomach-acid-misdiagnosed/

I hope this is helpful but it is not medical advise.

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
