anti body levels & healing ??????

how low do anti body levels need to drop before intestines heals?

for example.. if you're down to under 20 (tTG) IgA is the immune response weak enough to allow healing already?

This seems to vary greatly from person to person. There is no specific formula, and many doctors don't do follow up blood tests to see if a patients antibody levels have dropped. I've not see any studies that track such drops after going gluten-free. In theory they should begin dropping as soon as you are 100% gluten-free, and after a few months should be at or near zero IF your diet has been 100% gluten-free. The issue is that maintaining a 100% gluten-free diet, especially if you eat outside your home, is nearly impossible.

      If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly...

      No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

      Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done...

      Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
