Frontera Frozen Chicken Fajita Bowls

Does anyone know if these are gluten free?  I have the option to buy them from Costco.  Nothing saying gluten-free on the packaging, but nothing concerning in the ingredients.  When I go to the website, it does not list anything but soy in the allergens.

It's apparently a Con Agra product.  Are they one of those companies considered very up front in their labelling?

I did do a search on this before posting, but everything I found seems old.

A quick look at the ingredients here:

https://www.fronterafoods.com/frozen-bowls-skillets/chicken-fajita-bowl

indicated that there are no gluten ingredients, but the product is not labelled as "gluten-free," so cross contamination with wheat could be possible. They don't declare wheat as a possible allergen, even though it does contain soy sauce, so they must source a gluten-free soy sauce (their soy sauce indicates corn starch instead of wheat).
