Talks about how this lady had a bad reaction to drinking alkaline water with her meal. I’ve also read from several other sources to not drink alkaline water with meals. This lady said she immediately got bloated and though she felt her sibo symptoms coming on.

 

Anyways, I drank and essentia water (9.5 ph) tonight with my meal not even thinking about it. I did seem to get bloated but that’s it. How long do you think the bloat and any other GI symptoms will last? I’m thinking it wouldn’t be near as long as a gluten reaction. 
 

Also, I’ve read about benefits of alkaline water (just don’t drink less than 30 min before or 2 hours after a meal). Any thoughts on that?

I'm not sure why anyone would need alkaline water, and one brand of it has been associated with at least one death, and numerous cases of acute non-viral hepatitis illness:

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
