Has anyone gone through the allergy shot process? I think my might have started when I started the process.

My what? I think you left out a key word.

I personally have gone through allergy desensitization shot therapy but it has been more than 20 years ago.

I also went through allergy shots for years, but it was more than 30 years ago. It started out in my allergists office where I would have to get the shots administered the first couple of time where they monitored my reactions and heart rate, then I could give myself the two shots a day at home for a few weeks until they increased the serums, then I'd have to do it again in the office the first few times.

Over time this process did help with my allergies, although the chronic nasal congestion issues, which was my worst symptom, did not go away until I discovered my celiac disease and went gluten-free.

I have many problems and wondered if they could have been from the allergy shots. My problems started about the same time I started the shots. I was just wondering if anyone else might have the same thoughts. I started getting chronic pain in my joints with lots of popping. I also started having stomach issues. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and I am going to a gastroenterologist to try and figure out what is going on there. I am now 50 and have been dealing with all these problems since about age 25.

Have you been tested for celiac disease?

I doubt the shots themselves could cause joint issues, but undiagnosed celiac disease or gluten sensitivity certainly could.

      Gluten free Yogurt suggest

      I would not think store bought yogurt would contain gluten unless it possibly could be through an added flavoring or coloring ingredient. Otherwise, it should be naturally gluten free. Keep in mind that some companies are capitalizing on people's fears and ignorance (nothing personal intended) by labeling foods "gluten free" that are just that way by...

      FDA looking for input on Celiac Gluten sensitivity labeling PLEASE READ and submit your suggestions

      I believe the GFCO does use a common logo for certified gluten free products (those containing not more that 10ppm of gluten) but nothing universal yet from the FDA for standard gluten free products (those containing not more that 20ppm).

      I have a One Pot and decided to start using it one day. I was hesitant at first making my own yogurt, but was surprised at how easy it was. I like mine better too.

      Because I spend so much time reading every word on all food packaging, I personally would greatly appreciate it if there was one common gluten-free symbol written in large-enough text, and always located in the same place. That alone will make shopping easier and faster. I dread having to buy packaged food. Thank you very much for asking,

      I do believe that people are under so much pressure up have a sleeping pattern , with working and how households work these days , but in reality there is no wrong or right at to sleep , I believe your neighbour showed this with such a long life , I do exactly the same at night many times so I hope I live into my nineties also , I have found one thing...

Otherwise, it should be naturally gluten free.  Keep in mind that some companies are capitalizing on people's fears and ignorance (nothing personal intended) by labeling foods "gluten free" that are just that way by the nature of what they are. They are hoping to create a marketing edge over their competitors by adding "gluten free" because they know it may catch attention of those new to the celiac/gluten sensitivity experience without having to cost them anything in the way of changing their manufacturing process or doing testing.
