Welcome to the forum, Mike!

Are you specifically asking about brand name Nexium or generic Omeprazole? Apparently, the brand name product may not gluten free (since 2010) but it is possible that some of the generic versions are. I find that I must contact the particular manufacture of the generics to explore this question and usually I get an answer that says there is no gluten added intentionally, even though they cannot rule out the possibility of CC (cross contamination) of some of the ingredients.

Are you open to trying another proton pump inhibitor that may be gluten free? There are a number of other products that work the same way. I used to be on Protonix. According to this: http://www.glutenfreedrugs.com/list.pdf Protonix is gluten free but I do not know what is the source of the list or how dated it is.

Are you a very sensitive celiac or, if you have NCGS, very sensitive to minute amounts of gluten such as would be encountered with CC?

I'm not sure if that site is up to date, but you may want to search the drugs here, and if you know the manufacturer you can view its inactive ingredients:

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
