I just tested the Sarita Organic long grain white rice using the Nima sensor and found gluten:(

 

Dangerous for celiac patients.

I am thinking that maybe is within the certification parameters of <= 20ppm.

The Nima just found gluten. 

The label should say low gluten instead of gluten free.
