One of the things I feel is my eyes get really dry and squinty. It's like the comment my dad used to make "my eyes feel like two pee holes in the snow".

I've always wondered where this feeling of "dry eyes" was coming from. Maybe now I know.

When glutened, I get a feeling in my eyes similar to that. It's like I can't open them up all the way, and they feel dry, but I can get tearing, too. Strange.

Count me in for the dry eyes. It gets so much worse at night...blink, blink.

Dry eyes here, too. Can't stand wind because it makes them tear profusely, which I hear is caused by dry eyes. I can never get enough water to drink either, so it must have to do with that.

Found a great product for dry eyes Open Original Shared Link

After Laski my eyes are constantly dry, and this is the ONLY product that has worked. Ric who is gluten intolerant has used then on occasion and said they worked for him also.

Sjrogrens disease causes dry eyes and mouth. It is another autoimmune disease that goes hand in hand with celiac. There is a really good eye gel but it makes your eyes really goopey!!! It is great to put in before bed.

@StuartJ, what brand of gluten-free flour did she use?

Congrats! Can you share the recipe? We just picked up a bread maker from an estate sale and are experimenting.
