I had a long talk with our deli guy....we have Price Chopper grocery stores here. They carry a brand called Deitz and Watson. There are no fillers, additives, flavorings, soy etc etc.

I eat Oscar Meyer, Foster Farms and Kroger brands.

Hi,

I have been eating Boar's Head brand deli meats and cheese. The ham and turkey were the Black Forest kind and the cheese was the yellow cheddar. I have had no problems with either.

If you go to www.hormel.com and click on Faqs, search entire site, gluten free, you will get a whole list of gluten free foods. This will include lunch meat, as well as other products. There will also be a list of recipes.

Enjoy.

All sara lee packaged meats are gluten-free. I like Deli Selects the best...that's what I use.

Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.

Some interesting articles regarding the use of Zinc Carnosine to help heal gastric ulcers, gastritis and intestinal permeability. I would consult a medical professional about it's use. https://www.nature.com/articles/ncpgasthep0778 https://www.rupahealth.com/post/clinical-applications-of-zinc-carnosine---evidence-review https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7146259/ https://www.fallbrookmedicalcenter.com/zinc-l-carnosine-benefits-dosage-and-safety/
