Testing For Oat Sensitivities?

I've been hearing that even if oats are processed in a dedicated way and therefore uncontaminated (which basically you can't get in the U.S. except for the imported Irish Oats and from that FFA student in Idaho), 5-10% of celiacs react to oats period. Does this mean that 90-95% of celiacs, if they had uncontaminated oats, would be fine with them? Is there any sort of way to test for this? What is it that makes some celiacs sensitive to oats? Could you check for that? It just seems kind of a shame if 90some% of celiacs who could be eating uncontaminated oats if they wanted to can't. Any thoughts or comments?

      The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

      I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
