Does anyone else know about Jennie-O's?

My roommates package clearly lists wheat gluten as an ingredient...

Just wondering if there were different types...

Here is Hormel's list for Jennie-O products

In all of this, don't forget Boar's Head bacon. It is premium bacon, and it says gluten free in large letters across the back of the label.

I eat just normal no name bacon. (the cheap stuff)...

Would that be alright or is it got gluten in it?

Check the ingredients. I've seen several cheap bacons that are cured in soy sauce.

This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):

Wheat flour is fortified with vitamins in the U.S. as a part of USDA policy. Gluten free facsimile products are not fortified. There is no government mandate for such. When you remove wheat flour by going gluten free, you may be removing a significant source of vitamins.
