1st question - I am looking for some Gluten-free Casein-free chocolate. Any recommendations? If it says chocolate in the list of ingredients, doesn't that mean it has milk?

2nd question - I think I am casein intolerant but it may just be lactose. I went to buy some lactose enzyme pills to test, but the Kroger brand (grocery store brand) said that it contained wheat. The other pills had similar ingredients but no warning. Any recommendations on safe ones?

Thanks!

I don't do dairy so I don't know how well it works for lactose, but here is the enzyme I take that contains lactase.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
