:blink: I have been using Clinic Makeup for 29 years. I recently questioned the sales tech regarding Gluten in their products. Guess what??? Allergy free Clinic makeup, moisturizers, and cleanzers most usually contain wheat and soy. What kind of makeup does not contain gluten? and where do you get it? I am in the Tulsa Oklahoma area. We have an Akins here and a Wild Oats.

You can check with Mary Kay--get your very own MK lady and they can take care of all that for you, they will give you a list of ingredients for all their products that you are interested in ordering. I don't use their make up too much, I use their body products but will be switching over as I use up what I have since it has not been bothering me that I am aware of...

Neutrogena has many products that are gluten-free. You can email them and they'll send you their latest list.

Bare Escentuals also has a lot of gluten-free things. All of the minerals are gluten-free--not all of the mascaras are, though. Their skin care line is not gluten-free. Those are available through Sephora and QVC. Locally I found some of their products at Ulta.

All of Smashbox Cosmetics are gluten-free.

All Ecco Bella cosmetics are gluten-free--their skin care, etc are not--just the cosmetics.

      What Thiamine Hydrochloride brand do you take? Is it like the other vitamins I have added? What brand Tryptophan and amount do you take. Thanks

      Gluten free Yogurt suggest

      I would not think store bought yogurt would contain gluten unless it possibly could be through an added flavoring or coloring ingredient. Otherwise, it should be naturally gluten free. Keep in mind that some companies are capitalizing on people's fears and ignorance (nothing personal intended) by labeling foods "gluten free" that are just that way by...

      FDA looking for input on Celiac Gluten sensitivity labeling PLEASE READ and submit your suggestions

      I believe the GFCO does use a common logo for certified gluten free products (those containing not more that 10ppm of gluten) but nothing universal yet from the FDA for standard gluten free products (those containing not more that 20ppm).

      Gluten free Yogurt suggest

      I have a One Pot and decided to start using it one day. I was hesitant at first making my own yogurt, but was surprised at how easy it was. I like mine better too.

      Because I spend so much time reading every word on all food packaging, I personally would greatly appreciate it if there was one common gluten-free symbol written in large-enough text, and always located in the same place. That alone will make shopping easier and faster. I dread having to buy packaged food. Thank you very much for asking,

Otherwise, it should be naturally gluten free.  Keep in mind that some companies are capitalizing on people's fears and ignorance (nothing personal intended) by labeling foods "gluten free" that are just that way by the nature of what they are. They are hoping to create a marketing edge over their competitors by adding "gluten free" because they know it may catch attention of those new to the celiac/gluten sensitivity experience without having to cost them anything in the way of changing their manufacturing process or doing testing.
