Hello;

We were in town shopping on Friday and my Brother found this new product. I asked and they had just got them in. You'll find them in with the potato chips.

They are:

Cheecha Krackles

Gluten Free

Fat Free and Cholesterol Free

Low Calorie

They come in a few flavors just like potato chips. The bag says...

Great taste, huge crunch and fat free. You find it all in gluten free Original Potato. Our unique hot air puffing process gives you all the crunch without adding the fat.

It's Made in Canada and you can check out the site.

www.cheecha.ca

or call 1-877-CHEECHA

Only 74 calories for two cups!!! They really are good :D

I found them in Save On Foods here in Nelson

I've tried them and they are pretty good, especially given that they are low in fat.

I've just checked out their website. It seems that only three flavors of the seven are gluten free and dairy free. That would be the original flavor, sea salt & vinigar and Luscious Lime. They say gluten free, Trans fat free, Cholesterol free, Dairy Free and Nut free.

I've eaten most of a bag of the Original flavor and find them quite tasty :)

Oooo. . . cheechas! ^_^ They sound delicious. I haven't seen them yet here in south Florida. I'll keep an eye out, thanks.

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

Thank you for the links to the articles.  Interesting reading. I'll be telling my brother in law because he has a lot of pain
