Gluten Free Meatballs?

We don't use any fillers...no bread crumbs, crackers, or cereal. All they do anyways is soak up the grease we shouldn't be consuming anyways.

I, also, do not use breads in my meatballs. I was taught to make them without it and never have used any. I only add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and a bit of tomato sauce. I used to also add freshly grated parmesan cheese, but have stopped doing that.

I also do not add milk or cream to my scrambled eggs, french toast or use milk in my baking recipes... could be old fashioned moms felt it was an expensive indulgence??? Don't waste money on bread and milk??

Do you use egg? My son's allergic to them (as well as celiac) and I'd like to make him meatballs. It seems like it should stick together without, just like a hamburger does.

I do not use egg. I never have. No egg or bread product in my meatloaf, either. They stay together, as you say, just as a hamburger would. For years, I have also used turkey, not beef for my meatloaf and meatballs.

      Yarrow Pom works really well with the skin issues I found out.I had to stop so my doterra because dealing with medical celiac circus. I had shingles in Feb 2023. Prayers for healing

      I hope you are on the mend soon. About 1 in 5 people who contracted chicken pox as a child go on to develop shingles in later life - it is not uncommon.
