Nicole may also hasve Periodic fever also along with the celiac.

Her rheumatologist told me to write down her fevers and if she has any symptoms with them.

So far here are a few,What do you think:

6-9-06 fever 102-105

8-8-06 fever 103-105

10-9-06 fever 101-103

Thanks for any advfice. She doesn't have another appt there until the middle of december so she should have at least 1 more fever if it follows the order.

I know this is far fetched, but I was wondering if the fevers might be triggered by some sort of allergy. Is something happening periodically that might be missed - Like the exterminator coming or something? I tend to run a low fever when my allergies are really bad. Just trying to help you think of things!

I have tried to figure it out. But I know the season doesn't matter because it is year round. And they started when we live in our old place.

I posted somewhere else in her that her IgE levels are very high for some unknown reason and it is not Celiac related.

Her IgE is 272 and the norm is <30

Thanks for the help I will keep you updated.

It looks like their most recent clinical trial just finished up on 5-22-2025.

Dear Scott,  please check the link https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT05574010?intr=KAN-101&rank=1 What do you think about it?

KAN‑101 is still very much in development and being actively studied. It has not been dropped—rather, it is advancing through Phases 1 and 2, moving toward what could become the first disease‑modifying treatment for celiac disease. https://anokion.com/press_releases/anokion-announces-positive-symptom-data-from-its-phase-2-trial-evaluating-kan-101-for-the-treatment-of-celiac-disease/

Thiamine interacts with all the other B vitamins.  Thiamine and B 6 make a very important enzyme together. With more thiamine and other vitamins available from the supplements your body is absorbing the ones you need more of.  The body can control which vitamins to absorb or not.  You're absorbing more and it's being transported through the blood.   It's common to have both a Thiamine and a Pyridoxine deficiency.  Keep taking the B Complex. This is why it's best to stop taking supplements for six to eight weeks before testing vitamin levels.

Yes I took a supplement that had B6 in it, low dosage though. I've stopped taking that. B1 doesn't affect other B vitamin levels?
