This is just an experiment my daughter and I just tried, it's sitting on the counter cooling and smells so good...

6 tbsp. Orgran Self Rising gluten-free flour

4 tsp. sugar

1/4 tsp. baking powder

1 tsp. cocoa

3/4 tsp. crisco

1 pinch salt

4 tbsp. milk

1/4 cup chocolate chips

mix all ingredients together pour in small lightly greased lightly gluten-free floured pan (easy bake oven size) and bake in oven at 275 degrees fir 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean

icing we mixed up

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

4 tsp. milk

1 tbsp. softened butter

(food coloring)

mix together and chill in fridge until cake is cool!

If you have an easy bake oven you could probably use that to make your cake in.

I read on here some time ago about a gluten free easy bake oven coming out. Does anyone know if that is still happening and when?

I thought I remembered hearing that 123 Gluten Free was working on a line of mixes for the easy bake ovens, but you'd still have to buy the regular easy bake oven. I wonder whatever happened with that.

It's Foodtek who is putting it out through the easybake oven company. All I know is that it is in the works. Not sure how long until we see it on the shelves.

WOAH COOL!!!!

Thanks so much for the answers guys on the Easy Bake Ovens. It would be great for me because I am the only one in my family that is gluten free and sometimes I just want a piece of cake or something so the easy bake would be the perfect size.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
