Gluten Free Foods I Love!

I haven't seen a post for these but I love Thai Kitchen noodle bowls. I take them to work for lunch. They are fast and taste really good.

I also love Old Mission tostadas, white or yellow corn torts, and corn chips. They all have a BIG red label that says Gluten Free. Plus, they sell them at Wal-Mart!

Just my two cents. Hope it helps. Anyone else have favorties to share? I am new at this but this forum is helping me learn a lot.

I love Lundberg Farm's gluten free risottos (they have several flavors and are in the grocery store with the other rice packages). I also love Pirates Booty white cheddar popcorn!

I love strawberries with chocolate and I like potato dumplings. Both things you have to make on your own unfortunately. But those are currently my favorites.

YES! Thai Kitchen is the way to go! They are cheap and you don't have to scout out a specialty store to find them!

Hi Stef,

I hate to be a pest, but how do you make potato dumplings? They sound really good.

If you have hemorrhoids 1x weekly I don't see how you have time to heal from one episode before you experience another one, unless each one is a very minor event. Have you consulted a physician about your hemorrhoid issue? It's not normal to be having an episode every week unless it is really one episode that is not completely healing between weekly flareups.

No I haven't had one since 2021. I rarely have more than 1 per week.

Sorry, I see that now as I reread your original post. You say you have hemorrhoids "only once a week" now. When I develop hemorrhoids, which is once every few years now, it generally takes 3-4 days for healing to take place. So, it doesn't seem like you could have much relief time between episodes if you have them weekly. Have you had a lower GI scoping done recently?

Everyday I eat a medium to large apple in the morning and a large banana at night. I eat a cup of oatmeal in the evening. The ezekiel wheat bread I eat has a good amount of fiber. I haven't dealt with constipation for at least a year. Most of the time my feces are soft.
