Thai Kitchen's Thai Peanut Stir-fry Noodles

Another thirty days have gone by, and I get to add back another gluten-free porduct to my :D .

Since I'm asymptomatic when I get glutened, I need everybody's help!!

Has anybody had problems with Thai Kitchen's Thai Peanut Stir-Fry Noodles? It's gluten-free, of course...says so right on the package. The rice noodles are produced in a dedicated facility, but the gluten-free seasoning packet is not.

Looking forward to something new for dinner this weekend!!

Thank you!

Macy

I had some last week for the first time - they were yummy! I don't think I had an issue with them - I haven't had any "glutenings" yet - I've only been at this for a month - so I'm still learning and not all better yet...

My DS eats those all the time. We eat a lot of their stuff. The noodle bowls with a few veggies thrown in make a great meal. I like that you can control the heat by adding as much or as little of the hot oil as you want in the bowls. I use the angel hair size pasta all the time. Throw it in some gluten-free chicken broth and in 3 minutes you have chicken noodle soup with a gluten free noodle that doesn't dissolve.

I have reacted to their seasoning packets, but its not gluten. I have discovered that, though I don't have a problem with soy, anything with hydrolyzed soy protein kills my stomach. Just throwing that out there, as it took me a while to figure that one out.

I am very, very sensitive and I eat those with no problems. Enjoy!

I love them, there are 3 different flavors - costco sells a package of 6 very cheap! I always put vegtables and sometimes cooked chicken in with them and they are a perfect lunch/dinner. Very easy.

I have not had a reaction to any of the flavors.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
