Do you use chlorella? I'm sorry you're so sick.

Thanks....it might have been a blessing....I've learned alot in the past few years as a result of this illness. ;)

I do use chlorella. The Dr.'s just started me on some stuff to help get toxins out, support my kidneys and liver, natural chelator, minerals, etc.

It only been maybe 2 weeks since I got started. Later on I'll have to take stronger chemical chelators but for now they only want me on natural stuff....which is fine by me. :)

I'm taking chlorella, charcoal, a supplement with alginate (to bind heavy metals), a natural chelator called NDF (pulls metals out of tissue) and a couple other things. I'm taking very small amounts of these things and have to gradually increase as my body can tolerate it.

Only when I'm able to tolerate all this stuff in large amounts will they allow me to get on the stronger more effective heavy metal chelators.

Anyways....they said once these metals are removed from my body I should be able to eat normally again. They said I should recover close to 100%. I cant complain about that. :D

I also found B12 shots were a miracle solution for my tingling extremities and tongue, extreme fatigue, joint pain, etc. My doctor prescribed 2 one cc shots per month, and my boyfriend usually gives them to me. I do all the prep and I push the plunger, but he just jabs the needle because the one time that I did it, I was too slow and it hurt a lot. He hates needles, but he does it for me anyway--that's love! I also found that the sublingual B12 doesn't work that well for me. With the shots, I feel instantly rejuvenated, but with the sublingual--I took them for a while without really noticing any effects either way.

It could well be a new intolerance developing.  Does your diet incorporate pure oats i.e. those safe for coeliac consumption?  I find I can only tolerate a certain amount, same goes for dairy in fact, then I start to get gastric symptoms.   Or have you started consuming a new type of gluten-free bread, or more gluten-free bread than normal, that might contain oats?  I remember reading a post on this forum from a woman who had started to eat a lot of loaves made with oat flour and her coeliac symptoms kicked off again.  I am sure you know this, but some coeliacs cannot tolerate pure oats.

I eat a lot of dairy but its intermittent is this burning so I would assume it would happen all the time. Plus I have been tested for lactose intolerance  etc and I am fine and the other symptoms of that I don't get. As a aside  my dad died last month after a long illness so I wonder if the stress of that might be a influence as a bodily reaction to stress.

You should be fine.  You may start feeling better within a few days.  Someone who is very low in thiamine may notice improvement within hours.   Did you get the NeuroMag  or another magnesium supplement?
