Taking Probiotics but Still Getting Sick After Gluten – Advice?
Thank you for the advice. I’ve actually never checked for nutritional deficiencies, but for as long as I can remember, I’ve always taken vitamin and mineral supplements — otherwise my symptoms get worse. I, too, was diagnosed in 1980. I was lucky that my mother cooked everything for me from scratch. I also feel lucky that I can have potatoes. I'm sorry for this extra limitation!- additives
