Taco Bell brand is made by Kraft. They will list their gluten. I think you will have to chop your own veggies, because any premade deli mix would have a high risk of cross contamination. :)

I use Safeways Fajita seasoning mix, and it tells you on the back of the package what else you need to make them.

I use the spice hunter fajita seasoning, 'cause I'm lazy. :)

Bell peppers, onions, and meat. The tricky part is how to cook them - the hotter, the better - and don't skimp on the oil (which is part of the "the hotter, the better", really).

We dont use seasoning mixes, we just fry up the steak with oil and fresh garlic, then we saute onion, red and green peppers and jalepeno, then we mix it all together.

Double check your Taco Bell brand. I believe it is not safe, or at least their taco seasoning is not. So I would make sure before you eat it.

I usually make 'em fresh. It's always some variation on the same thing. Fresh onions, garlic, red bell peppers, spices: cumin, paprika, oregano, chili powder & stuff like that.

I wanted to eat Fajitas with the "Taco Bell" Fajita Seasoning Mix but I couldn't find an answer.

I just got off the phone with Kraft, and she said that since the ingredients contain "Spice", she cannot confirm that they are Gluten Free because of cross contamination from the suppliers that they get the spice from.  So it's a no go for Celiacs.

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
