suggest gluten free food
Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc. -

My journey is it gluten or fiber?
No, Life Extension contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine Hydrochloride. Objective Nutrients Thiamax contains TTFD. I take both of these and a B Complex. -
