many pet foods and treat contain glutens and wheat byproducts. so when giving your favorite pet these things make sure you wash your hands to pervert cross contamination. also be wary of the crumbs they leave on the floor. vacuuming helps eliminate transferral . ;)

You can also get gluten free food for your pets. I use Innova Evo, it is a totally grain free product made with real meat, not waste products, and veggies. My pets thrive on it. It costs a bit more than the grain filled garbage we used to get but between better health for my pets and a much less stinky litter box it is well worth the price. They also seem to get full on it sooner and are more satisfied.

Another caution for those with pets is to make sure you buy a seperate can opener for your foods and the pets gluten food. Even though I wash my can opener after use I was still CC myself for a long time.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
